Joel Pieper has a passion for helping individuals, small businesses, and families navigate complex tax, business, real property and estate planning issues. His clients include emerging start-ups, established business enterprises, highly-compensated individuals, and multi-generation trusts.
Mr. Pieper's practical experience as a CPA, coupled with his advanced degree in tax law, help clients throughout the life cycle of a business or trust, from formation through maturity.
Prior to founding Pieper Law LLC, Mr. Pieper spent over a decade working for regional CPA firms and law firms.
Mr. Pieper is most proud of being a father and husband. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains with his family.
Education & Licensure:
Mr. Pieper received his B.A. in Accounting from Luther College in Decorah, IA (2008), his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law (2015), and his legal masters in taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Denver College of Law (2016). Mr. Pieper is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming and Arizona, and is a licensed CPA in Colorado.
